To return or exchange a product, please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, date of delivery, and image of the product.

Once acknowledged by the our team, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Prakriti Jaipur will not be responsible for any lost shipment. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, we will either ship a size exchange or you will receive store credit of the refund amount which you can use to buy any other product from our website, as per your choice. This store credit will be valid for a year from the date of return approval.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN
The product can only be exchanged once.
No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
Products on sale are not applicable for exchange.
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.
