How do I return?
- To return or exchange a product or report damage, please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery
- by telephone / whats app at +919784777711 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
- by email at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
What items are returnable?
Items for return must be in original packing, shouldn't be worn and in original condition.
Sale products or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The product can only be exchanged once.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then you will receive store credit of the refund amount which you can use to buy any other product from our website. This store credit will be valid for a year from the date of return approval.
