Return & Exchange Policy
Products on SALE are not eligible for RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND.
To initiate a return or exchange for products that are not on SALE, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery. Provide them with your order number, date of delivery, and an image of the product. You can reach us via call or WhatsApp at +91 9784777711 between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday or email us at email@example.com. Once our team acknowledges your request, kindly send the product back to us at the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, we will either ship a size exchange or you will receive store credit of the refund amount which you can use to buy any other product from our website, as per your choice. This store credit will be valid for a year from the date of return approval.
Additional conditions to keep in mind
The product can only be exchanged once.
No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.
