Returns/Exchange/Cancellation/Shipping Costs Policy
The table below describes the return/exchange/cancellation policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by Prakriti Jaipur.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS
|RETURNS & EXCHANGE||APPLICABLE CONDITION||
|KURTAS/ FARSI PANTS/ SHARARAS/ TOPS/ DUPATTAS/ ACCESSORIES||Return & Exchange due to (size and style issues) can be done within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused.|
|DAMAGED PRODUCT||Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.|
|ALTERED PRODUCTS||No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.|
|CANCELLATION||Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 100 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order|
|REVERSE PICKUP - SHIPPING COSTS||Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment.
In case there are multiple exchanges, customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery i.e INR 200 )
"Multiple exchanges" refers to multiple requests for exchange of product(s) (even if the products were purchased in one single order).
|FACE MASKS||For hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable.|

Tags should be intact, and the product should be unused.|
|DAMAGED MERCHANDISE||Intimate Customer Support Team within 24 hours of purchase if the merchandise is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the merchandise pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.|
|ALTERED MERCHANDISE||No exchanges will be made against merchandise which have been altered by the customer.|
|REVERSE PICKUP - SHIPPING COSTS||If the merchandise needs to be picked up or delivered by Farida Gupta Retail Pvt. Ltd. then the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.|
